Great staff, clean rooms, convenient location, accommodating to special requests, nice restaurant.

It was all superb.

The room was well-organized, clean, and tidy. the staff was amazing, especially the front desk manager. I requested a refrigerator to cool down my partner's eyes and she instantly arranged for it. the food was free, but I missed breakfast and the kitchen staff made me a sandwich to eat later, which was sweet. the hotel's location was great for us because it is close to my workplace.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it ideal for exploring the area. the rooms are clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with amenities like refrigerators and a restaurant with friendly staff. the breakfast is free and includes basic Chinese food options, but there is room for improvement with more western cuisine.

Communication with some of the staff may be a problem for those who do not speak Mandarin, which can hinder the overall experience.

Nothing not to love! Despite being located inside a secure zone, access to the hotel was not difficult and the hotel's location close to public transport made it convenient to explore this city.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the clean and well-organized rooms, with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Being foreigners, it was difficult to communicate our preferences and the menu options were mostly in Chinese with no visual aid. It would have been helpful if there were more westernized options available.
